Many wrong myths about goat's milk which is not true that circulated in society cause lack of interest in consuming goat milk. One is caused by the assumption that goat milk should not be consumed by people with high blood pressure. We also experienced it myself when we were talking with friends about the benefits of goat's milk, the friend said the same thing.

The myth is not true, as the main content of goat's milk consists Potassium (Ca) actually serves to stabilize blood pressure, regulate the function of the heart, and suppress the risk of arteriosclerosis.

The above statement is corroborated study of more than 40,000 American men who consume dairy goats for 4 years. Conclusion of the study stated that the group of people who consume more potassium will have a lower risk of stroke.

With so many benefits, both goat milk is consumed for all ages. (Dr. Zen Djaja MD, physician and head of General Medical Center, Tri Dharma Foundation, Malang).
